▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene microchip comprises an oxidized graphene microchip modified by carboxymethylated konjac glucomannan. USE - Graphene microchip used for enriching heavy metal ions in wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene microchip prevents the agglomeration of pi-pi stacking of oxidized graphene and enhances the adsorption ability for heavy metal ions upto more than 90%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for method for graphene microchip preparation, which involves (1) dissolving carboxymethyl konjac glucomannan in isopropyl alcohol, heating to 40-60 degrees C and stirring;dispersing oxidized graphene, adding to mechanical cutting device and mixed with carboxymethyl konjac glucomannan dissolved in isopropyl alcohol to promote rapid peeling off to obtain a graphene slurry;carrying out surface modification of the oxidized graphene to enhance its adsorption capacity for metal ions;filtering, washing the solid product 1-3 times with water and ethyl alcohol; and drying the solid product for 1-3 hours at 80-110 degrees C to obtain graphene microchip; and (2) method for carboxymethyl konjac glucomannan preparation, which involves soaking konjac glucomannan in isopropyl alcohol, heating and adding sodium hydroxide solution with stirring to dissolve konjac glucomannan;adding aqueous solution of chloroacetic acid with stirring, then adding hydrochloric acid to neutralize the mixture; and filtering the solid object, washing the solid product with water and ethyl alcohol and drying.
