▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene involves annealing graphene oxide as a raw material at 700 plus minus 100 degrees C for 1 plus minus 0.5 hours under argon atmosphere, performing graphene oxide reduction treatment, obtaining reduced graphene oxide, reacting with xenon difluoride, obtaining fluorinated reduced graphene oxide, adding the fluorinated reduced graphene oxide into a tubular furnace, introducing ammonia gas, heating to 400-800 degrees C, reacting at 500 degrees C for 3 plus minus 1 hours, cooling to room temperature and obtaining nitrogen-doped graphene. The mass ratio of reduced graphene oxide and xenon difluoride is 1:5-20. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene having high specific capacitance and nitrogen content.
