NOVELTY - Early-stage high adhesive force water-resistant environment-friendly metal coating comprises: 55-65 pts. wt. environmentally friendly acrylic emulsion, 14-15 pts. wt. water, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0-3- 0.5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 8-12 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 4-6 pts. wt. precipitated barium sulfate, 4-6 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. mill base, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 2-4 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. buffer, 0.5-0.7 pts. wt. flash-rust inhibitor, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. flatting agent and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. thickening agent. USE - The coating is useful for construction under outdoor variable environment and in outdoor construction process. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has high gloss, high corrosion resistance, good weather resistance, fast drying speed, initial adhesion and low volatile organic compounds (VOC); is green, environmentally friendly, and non-toxic; has good initial water resistance and adhesive force than the common metal paint emulsion, and is suitable for construction under outdoor variable environment, which greatly improves the market competitiveness and better satisfy requirement of the client. The method is simple, easy, and economical.
