NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength wear-resistant agricultural coating, comprises (i) uniformly mixing 5, 10, 15, 20-tetra (4-hydroxyphenyl) porphyrin solution with the cobalt nitrate/N, N-dimethyl formamide solution to obtain the mixed solution, reacting the mixed solution at the temperature of 100℃ for 1-2 hours, finally removing N, N-dimethyl formamide to obtain metal organic frame, (ii) mixing metal organic framework, graphene, zirconium dioxide powder, boron nitride and copper powder, ball milling to obtain the cladding powder, (iii) polishing agricultural tool using sand paper until the surface is bright, washing with absolute ethyl alcohol, drying to obtain the pre-processed farm tool, and (iv) heating pre-treated farm tool to 450-550°C, and heating for 1-2 hours at 450-550°C, melting cladding powder on the surface of pre-treated farm tool by using a laser cladding device, and forming a high-strength ear-resistant agricultural tool coating on the surface of the farm tool. USE - Preparing high-strength wear-resistant agricultural coating for agricultural tool used in agricultural production tool. Uses include but are not limited to disc harrow, ploughshare, deep digging shovel tip and rotary tillage blade. ADVANTAGE - The method uses 5,10,15,20-tetra (4-hydroxyphenyl)porphyrin and cobalt nitrate to prepare metal organic framework. The metal organic frame has high specific surface area and hardness. The mechanical performance of the coating is improved. The coating can prolong the service life of the farm tool. It can be used for all the existing farm tools, with wide application range.
