▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A flexible pressure sensor comprises (a) a substrate (1), (b) an interdigital electrode (2) attached to the substrate via a chromium or titanium coating, and (c) a foamed thermoplastic polyurethane-carbon composite sheet (3) on the interdigital electrode. The foamed thermoplastic polyurethane-carbon composite sheet comprises a thermoplastic polyurethane resin and a conductive carbon material. USE - Flexible pressure sensor used for converting force signal into electrical signal output by capturing changes in electrical properties of sensitive material when subjected to force. Uses include but are not limited to aerospace, national defense, military affairs, water conservancy and hydropower, resource development, railway and ship transportation, medical diagnosis, electronic touch screens, and electronic scales applications. ADVANTAGE - The flexible pressure sensor exhibits good flexibility, high elasticity and pressure-sensitive features, as well as good stability. It is sensitive to pressure changes. The process for preparing the pressure sensor is simple and cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of flexible pressure sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the flexible pressure sensor. Substrate (1) Interdigital electrode (2) Foamed thermoplastic polyurethane-carbon composite sheet (3)
