▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing nanoporous graphene (100) comprises preparing (102) cellulosic raw materials, impregnating (104) the prepared raw materials with a catalyst, activating (106) the impregnated cellulosic raw materials, heating (108) the activated cellulosic raw materials in a heating system to create nanoporous graphene, and washing the nanoporous graphene to remove impurities. USE - The method is useful for preparing the nanoporous graphene which is useful as an adsorption medium in gas storage (claimed), preferably methane and hydrogen storage. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides the nanoporous graphene which has a specific surface area of 200-3000 (preferably at least 2700) m2/g (claimed), small pore size and large pore volume; and is environmental friendly and cost effective.
