NOVELTY - Graphene modified polyester resin building steel paint comprises 80-85 pts. wt. graphene modified polyester resin, 15-20 pts. wt. polyol, 10-15 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 11-13 pts. wt. tung oil, 4-6 pts. wt. sand texture agent, 2-3.2 pts. wt. sodium diethyldithiocarbamate, 2-2.5 pts. wt. ethylene glycol dimethyl acrylate, 1.9-2.2 pts. wt. dioxane, 1.5-2 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 1.5-2 pts. wt. carbon black, 1.3-1.5 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. modified nano glass fiber powder, 0.5-0.7 pts. wt. isophorone, and 0.5-0.7 pts. wt. benzoin. USE - Graphene modified polyester resin building steel paint. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified polyester resin building steel paint improves the weather resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating film, and improves the physical and mechanical properties of the coating film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene modified polyester resin building steel paint, which involves: (A) mixing the formulation of graphene modified polyester resin, polyol, modified epoxy resin, tung oil, sand texture agent, tetrahydrofuran, modified nano glass fiber powder, isophorone and benzoin; (B) stirring for 1-1.5 hours at 40-50 degrees C and 25-35% vacuum to obtain the first component; (C) mixing the formula parts of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, dioxane, aluminum powder, carbon black and polyethylene wax uniformly to obtain the second component; (D) mixing the first component and the second component uniformly at room temperature; and (E) obtaining a graphene modified polyester resin architectural steel coating.
