NOVELTY - Preparing hydroxylated graphene with enhanced thermal conduction of nylon fiber comprises (1) adding graphene powder in a hydrogen peroxide solution, vanadium pentoxide, and an aqueous solution with a pH of 3-5 by stirring, performing ultrasonication to obtain a hydroxylated graphene solution, washing, filtering and freeze-drying to obtain a hydroxylated graphene powder, (2) mixing the hydroxylated graphene powder with the nylon masterbatch uniformly, and (3) testing the mechanical and thermal properties of the sample. USE - Preparing hydroxylated graphene with enhanced thermal conduction of nylon fiber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified nylon material: has high fatigue strength, rigidity, good mechanical properties, low friction coefficient, good abrasion resistance, increased thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.2 to 0.8-1 W/(m.K) and the resistivity of 1015 Omega .cm is a good insulator.
