▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing manganese dioxide-graphene foam electrode sheet, comprises (a) adding graphite oxide and polyacrylonitrile into a ball mill, ball-milling, and adding the ball-milled mixture to ethanol and water mixed solution for ultrasonic dispersion to form a suspension, (b) immersing nickel foam in the suspension, evaporating the solvent, placing in muffle furnace having hydrogen and nitrogen gas mixture atmosphere, reacting and cooling, (c) immersing the product obtained in the step (b) in hydrochloric acid, and reacting to form graphene foam, and (d) adding nano-manganese dioxide to toluene. USE - The method is useful for preparing manganese dioxide-graphene foam electrode sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical. The electrode sheet has high specific surface area, excellent conductivity, excellent electrical, thermal, optical and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing manganese dioxide-graphene foam electrode sheet, comprises (a) adding graphite oxide and polyacrylonitrile into a ball mill, ball-milling, and adding the ball-milled mixture to ethanol and water mixed solution for ultrasonic dispersion to form a suspension, (b) immersing nickel foam in the suspension, evaporating the solvent, placing in muffle furnace having hydrogen and nitrogen gas mixture atmosphere, reacting and cooling, (c) immersing the product obtained in the step (b) in hydrochloric acid, and reacting to form graphene foam, and (d) adding nano-manganese dioxide to toluene, ultrasonically treating to form suspension, coating on the graphene foam, drying, annealing in muffle furnace, cooling and rolling to form electrode sheet.
