NOVELTY - A device to quickly produce graphene/nano-metal-oxide composite material is disclosed, including a seal chamber, a pressure applying unit, a high-pressure injector, an alkaline liquid supplying unit and a heating unit. The seal chamber contains a mixed solution; the pressure applying unit provides pressure to the mixed solution for pressure applying process; the high-pressure injector discharges the mixed solution from the seal chamber; the alkaline liquid supplying unit provides alkaline liquid to mix with the mixed solution, thereby enabling a metal ion in the mixed solution to perform a neutralization reaction so as to generate a metal hydroxide attached on the surface of a graphene; the heating unit performs a heating process on the mixed solution, thereby vaporizing a solvent in the mixed solution and the metal hydroxide converting into a graphene/nano-metal-oxide composite material.
