NOVELTY - Graphene epoxy thick paste sealing coating comprises a first ingredient and a second ingredient, where the first ingredient comprising 20-30 wt.% epoxy resin, 0.2-0.5 wt.% dispersant, 0.2-1 wt.% silane coupling agent, 0.05-0.35 wt.% graphene, 8-15 wt.% mica iron oxide, 45-55 wt.% pigment filler, 0.5-1.5 wt.% rheology auxiliary agent and 10-20 wt.% composite environmentally-friendly solvent, and second ingredient comprising cardanol modified amine curing agent with active hydrogen equivalent of 220-280. USE - The sealing coating is useful for galvanized piece or inorganic zinc-rich primer, and in anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The sealing coating: has good quality graphene large sheet diameter, good dispersibility; can form excellent shielding network in the paint film, reduces the sheet pigment, and has good shielding effect and adhesive force on the galvanized sheet; and is economical.
