NOVELTY - Polyurethane nanofiber scaffold containing nano graphene oxide (nGO), prepared by electrospinning by mixing a nano graphene oxide solution with a silane coupling agent and a polyurethane solution, is claimed. USE - The polyurethane nanofiber scaffold is useful for soft tissue regeneration (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The scaffold improves mechanical properties such as hydrophilicity, elasticity and stress relaxation ability, and has a soft tissue regeneration effect such as muscle without cytotoxicity; is suitable for soft tissues such as cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle that have very elastic properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing a nanofiber scaffold, comprising (a) adding a silane coupling agent to the graphene oxide solution and the polyurethane solution, (b) mixing each solution to which the silane coupling agent of (a) is added by ultrasonication to disperse the solution homogeneously, and (c) collecting the fibers obtained by electrospinning the mixed solution of (b); and (2) composition for soft tissue regeneration, comprising nanofiber scaffold as an active ingredient.
