NOVELTY - Anti-corrosive paint comprises 10-50 wt.% graphene/zinc oxidation/titanium oxide composite material, 10-40 wt.% silicon sol, 1-10 wt.% filling agent, 0.01-3 wt.% dispersing agent, 0.01-3 wt.% wetting agent, 0.01-3 wt.% thickening agent, 0.01-3 wt.% flatting agent, 0.01-3 wt.% de-foaming agent, 0.01-2 wt.% sterilizing agent and 1-50 wt.% water. USE - Used as anti-corrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical. The paint has good mechanical strength, good weather resistance and good adhesive force. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-corrosive paint comprises (i) preparing aqueous sodium hydroxide, adding 200-300 meshes graphene and uniformly heating to 40-60 degrees C; (ii) preparing aqueous titanium tetrachloride and pre-heating to 40-60 degrees C; (iii) preparing aqueous zinc chloride and pre-heating to 70-90 degrees C; (iv) preparing aqueous sodium carbonate and pre-heating to 70-90 degrees C; (v) preparing aqueous sodium hydroxide, adding step (i) product, heating to 40-60 degrees C, then adding step (ii) dropwise at the rate of 3-4 ml/minute, placing in a water bath and heating to 70-90 degrees C for 1-3 hours, where the volume ratio of sodium hydroxide solution and aqueous titanium tetrachloride graphene is 2-3:1; (vi) uniformly mixing the step (v) product with step (iii) product, unsulating for 10-20 minutes, then adding step (iv) product to neutralize the system, where the mass ratio of aqueous zinc chloride and titanium tetrachloride is 1-6:1; and (vii) filtering and drying at 70-90 degrees C, pulverizing and calcining at 400-700 degrees C under vaccum conditions, to obtain the final product.
