▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The carbon material doped with nitrogen-boron is claimed, where in the N1s spectral peaks of its X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis, except for the characteristic peaks 399-400.5 ev, there are no other characteristic peaks between 390-410 ev. The amount of nitrogen is 0.01-4 wt.% and boron is 0.01-4 wt.% in XPS analysis. The nitrogen-boron doped carbon material is nitrogen-boron doped graphene, nitrogen-boron doped conductive carbon black or nitrogen-boron doped carbon nanotubes. The conductive carbon Black is Ketjenblack EC-300J (RTM: Carbon black), Ketjenblack EC-600JD (RTM: Pure carbonblack), Ketjenblack ECP-600JD (RTM: Carbonbalck), VULCAN XC-72 (RTM: Carbon black, Black pearls 2000 (RTM: Carbon black), PRINTEX XE2-B (RTM: Carbon back), PRINTEX L6 (RTM: Carbon black) or HIBLAXA XK 40B2 (RTM: Carbon black). USE - Carbon material doped with nitrogen and boron used as an electrode material in electrochemistry, and in the preparation of the platinum-carbon catalyst, which is used in an anode and/or cathode of a hydrogen fuel cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-boron-doped carbon material is used as a carrier, and the high platinum-supported catalyst has excellent specific activity and stability can be easily produced by an aqueous chemical reduction method. When the platinum-carbon catalyst is used as a hydrogen fuel cell catalyst, the platinum-carbon catalyst has excellent specific mass activity, electrochemically active surface areaand stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a preparation method of the nitrogen-boron doped carbon material, which involves contacting the carbon material with a boron source and a nitrogen source, and treating for 0.5-10 hours at 350-900 degrees Celsius in an inert gas; (2) a platinum-carbon catalyst; (3) a method of preparing the platinum carbon catalyst, which involves loading platinum on the carbon material doped with nitrogen and boron as a carrier. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows an XPS spectrum of carbon material doped with nitrogen and boron.
