NOVELTY - Preparing a aluminum ion battery, comprises (1) preparing a graphite oxide, (2) preparing the graphite oxide into solution by ultrasonic treatment, and then preparing the graphene hydrogel, and then preparing graphene aerogel, and then calcining the graphene aerogel to obtain pre-processed product, (3) vacuum-packaging the pretreated product and selenium into a glass tube and loading at high temperature to obtain a graphene aero gel-loaded selenium positive electrode material, and (4) assembling aluminum-ion batteries in the order of positive electrode material, separator, electrolyte, and negative electrode. USE - The method is useful for preparing aluminum ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery: has high specific capacity and high discharge voltage platform.
