NOVELTY - A HRP-Pt-3DGA based enzyme sensor preparing method involves obtaining mixed solution and carrying out hydrothermal treatment on the mixed solution to obtain cylindrical platinum three-dimensional graphene hydrogel. The obtained hydrogel is dried to obtain platinum three- dimensional graphene gas gel. Horseradish peroxide enzyme water solution is mixed with the platinum three-dimensional graphene gas gel uniformly. An electrode surface is coated with Nafion solution and the mixed gel. The coated surface is dried to obtain HRP-Pt-3DGA based enzyme sensor. USE - Method for preparing horseradish peroxidase platinum three-dimensional graphene air gel based enzyme sensor that is utilized in trichloroacetic acid electro-catalysis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A horseradish peroxidase platinum three-dimensional graphene air gel (HRP-Pt-3DGA) based enzyme sensor preparing method involves mixing chloroplatinic acid and oxidized graphene water solution uniformly to obtain mixed solution and carrying out hydrothermal treatment on the mixed solution to obtain cylindrical platinum three-dimensional graphene hydrogel. The obtained hydrogel is dried to obtain platinum three- dimensional graphene gas gel.
