NOVELTY - A multi-effect aqueous coating comprises aqueous polyurethane components, aziridine-based polyurethane cross-linking agent and carbon nanomaterials. The aqueous polyurethane component comprises toluene 2,4-diisocyanate, 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid, glycolic acid, poly(ethylene glycol), butanone, dibutyltin dilaurate, water and ammonia. The aziridine-based polyurethane cross-linking agent comprises toluene 2,4-diisocyanate, poly(ethylene glycol), dibutyltin dilaurate, 2-(1-aziridinyl)ethanol and butanone. The carbon nanomaterial comprises graphene, carbon nanotubes, fullerenes and oxidant. USE - Multi-effect aqueous coating. ADVANTAGE - The multi-effect aqueous coating has excellent corrosion resistance, water resistance and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A multi-effect aqueous coating comprises aqueous polyurethane components, aziridine-based polyurethane cross-linking agent and carbon nanomaterials. The aqueous polyurethane component comprises 49-50 %mass toluene 2,4-diisocyanate, 3-4 %mass 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid, 2-3 %mass glycolic acid, 20-30 %mass poly(ethylene glycol), 2-10 %mass butanone, 1-2 %mass dibutyltin dilaurate, deionized water and ammonia. The aziridine-based polyurethane cross-linking agent comprises 49-50 %mass toluene 2,4-diisocyanate, 25-30 %mass poly(ethylene glycol), 1-2 %mass dibutyltin dilaurate, 10-15 %mass 2-(1-aziridinyl)ethanol and 3-15 %mass butanone. The carbon nanomaterial comprises 4-6 %mass graphene, 5-8 %mass carbon nanotubes, 3-8 %mass multi-layer fullerenes and oxidant. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of multi-effect aqueous coating.
