▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing porous graphene-loaded ferric oxide composite cathode material involves (a) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes in a solvent in a certain mass ratio to obtain a dispersion, (b) adding a certain amount of iron precursor to the dispersion, stirring and mixing uniformly, directly spraying the obtained mixed solution into a liquid nitrogen bath, quickly freezing the liquid into powder, freezing and drying to obtain the precursor, and (c) placing the precursor in a crucible, and moving into a microwave oven according to the preset power and the preset time for microwave irradiation. USE - Preparation method of porous graphene-loaded ferric oxide composite cathode material for lithium ion capacitor used for battery system and super capacitor system. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare porous graphene load ferric oxide composite cathode material that has short preparation process time, low energy consumption and can be prepared in large scale, and improves the multiple disadvantages in the current preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a porous graphene-loaded ferric oxide composite cathode material; (2) a lithium ion capacitor cathode.
