▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing iron phosphide/carbon-gallium (GA) composite material, comprises (a) mixing iron powder, red phosphorus and expanded graphite under an argon atmosphere to obtain a mixed powder, and performing high-speed ball milling to obtain an iron phosphide/carbon composite material; (b) dispersing the iron phosphide/carbon composite material in the graphene oxide dispersion, adding ascorbic acid and heating, and removing the water to obtain the untreated iron phosphide/carbon-GA composite material; and (c) washing repeatedly the untreated iron phosphide/carbon-GA composite material with deionized water, and freeze-drying. USE - The iron phosphide/carbon-gallium (GA) composite material is useful in battery manufacturing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can realize the rapid preparation of iron phosphide/carbon-gallium (GA) composite material, improves conductivity and alleviate the phenomenon of volume expansion during charging and discharging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for iron phosphide/carbon-gallium (GA) composite material.
