NOVELTY - An airtight and aging-resistant butyl inner tube is prepared from 80-90 parts mass butyl rubber, 10-20 parts mass ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 20-80 parts mass filler, graphene, operating oil, sulfur, accelerator, activator, plasticizer, dicumyl peroxide, and anti-aging agent. The anti-aging agent is a mixture of anti-aging agent RD (poly(1,2-dihydro-2,2,4-trimethylquinoline)), anti-aging agent 445 (4,4-bis( alpha , alpha -dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine), anti-aging agent MB (2-mercaptobenzimidazole) and anti-aging agent 2246 (2,2'-methylene-bis(4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol)). USE - Airtight and aging-resistant butyl inner tube. ADVANTAGE - The butyl inner tube is lightweight, and has large specific surface area, excellent barrier properties to gas molecules. The graphene of butyl inner tube has high thermal conductivity, so that graphene improves the airtightness of butyl inner tube and prolongs service life of butyl inner tube. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An airtight and aging-resistant butyl inner tube is prepared from 80-90 parts mass butyl rubber, 10-20 parts mass ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 20-80 parts mass filler, 0.5-4 parts mass graphene, 10-20 parts mass operating oil, 1-2 parts mass sulfur, 0.5-0.8 part mass accelerator, 2.4-4.5 parts mass activator, 0.4-2.7 parts mass plasticizer, 0.1-2 parts mass dicumyl peroxide, and 1-2 parts mass anti-aging agent. The anti-aging agent is a mixture of anti-aging agent RD (poly(1,2-dihydro-2,2,4-trimethylquinoline)), anti-aging agent 445 (4,4-bis( alpha , alpha -dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine), anti-aging agent MB (2-mercaptobenzimidazole) and anti-aging agent 2246 (2,2'-methylene-bis(4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol)).
