NOVELTY - The device has two electrodes electrically arranged with two conductive semiconductor layers. One of the conductive semiconductor layers is arranged with an active layer. Another conductive semiconductor layer is arranged with a graphene layer. The graphene layer is arranged with a dislocation blocking layer that is arranged with the former conductive semiconductor layer and multiple grain parts. The dislocation blocking layer comprises aluminum nitride. One of the electrodes is overlapped with the graphene layer along vertical direction. USE - Light emitting device. ADVANTAGE - The device improves current spreading efficiency, optical extraction efficiency and quality of a light emitting structure.
