▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for adsorbing pathogenic microorganisms using coated microbeads, involves washing microbeads, treating the washed microbeads with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) solution, reacting the treated microbeads with graphene oxide to prepare a microbead coated with the graphene oxide, and contacting a sample containing a pathogenic microorganism with coated microbeads. USE - The method is used for adsorbing pathogenic microorganisms using coated microbeads. The pathogenic microorganism is bacterium or virus. The bacterium is Salmonella typhimurium or Staphylococcus aureus. The virus is Adenovirus (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method rapidly enables to adsorb pathogenic microorganisms in environmental sample and easily filters and purifies pathogenic microorganisms contained in food and beverage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for kit, which comprises microbeads coated with graphene oxide.
