NOVELTY - A p-methoxyphenylacetic acid passivating agent-based perovskite solar cell comprises a transparent conductive substrate, an electron transport layer, a perovskite absorption layer, an organic molecular passivating agent layer, a hole transport layer and a metal electrode. The positions of the electron transport layer and the hole transport layer are interchanged, to form a PIN- or NIP-type structure. USE - p-Methoxyphenylacetic acid passivating agent-based perovskite solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The p-methoxyphenylacetic acid passivating agent reduces defect density on the surface or in the component of the perovskite film, inhibits non-radiative recombination, enhances built-in electric field of the perovskite film, and improves performance of the perovskite solar cell.
