▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The equipment has a liquid inlet (5) and a sensor (6) for controlling the level and pH of liquids. A liquid outlet (7) is arranged to drain the liquids. A stirring element is configured to homogenize the liquid mixture. A ramp is arranged to feed the homogenized liquid mixture in the substrate. A shower (9) is made to dispense the liquids. The support points are arranged to fix the substrate. The metal layer is etched by pouring metal etching solution. The graphene monolayer is place on top of metal etching solution by opening a computer-controlled valve. USE - Equipment for automatically transferring graphene monolayer used for transparent electrodes in electronics field, optoelectronic field, photonic field, touch screen and display. ADVANTAGE - The ramp is arranged to feed the homogenized liquid mixture in the substrate, so that the production yield, reliability and reproducibility are increased. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The liquid is eluted by opening computer-controlled valve and neutralizing solution is poured by opening computer-controlled valve. An acidic solution by is poured by opening a computer- controlled valve. The substrate is inserted through the ramp and the liquid is eluted and the graphene monolayer is deposited on substrate. The automatic transfer of the graphene monolayer deposited on metal layer and protected with polymer layer to substrate is controlled by computer controlled unit that controls the liquid handling, etching of metal layer and positioning of the graphene monolayer on the substrate. The metal layer is incubatedw ith the metal etching solution for incubation time from 2 -60 minutes. The neutralising solution is poured until the neutralised solution arrives at a final pH value from 5-7. The graphene monolayer is incubated with the neutralised solution for incubation time from 5-30 minutes using acidic solution. The graphene monolayer is cleaned with water and is doped by exposing the graphene monolayer to chemical dopants. The number of graphene monolayers deposited on the substrate is increased. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for automatically transferring graphene monolayer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of equipment for automatically transferring graphene monolayer. Liquid inlet (5) Sensor (6) Liquid outlet (7) Shower (9)
