NOVELTY - High-strength polyethylene gas pipeline comprises composite antistatic additive added to raw material of gas pipeline, where the composite antistatic additive is formed by compounding acrylic acid with graphene oxide after grafting acrylic acid on carbon nanofibers. USE - As high-strength polyethylene gas pipeline. ADVANTAGE - The gas pipeline adopts composite antistatic additive, which improves compatibility with base material, and ensures excellent dispersibility and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the high-strength polyethylene gas pipeline, involving (a) taking polyethylene, styrene maleic anhydride copolymer, ethylene bis-oleamide, composite antistatic additive, flame retardant, polyethylene wax, antioxidant and silane coupling agent, (b) adding polyethylene and styrene maleic anhydride copolymer to high-speed mixer, uniformly stirring and mixing, heating at 110-120degrees Celsius, maintaining the temperature for 30 minutes, adding ethylene bis-oleamide and composite antistatic additive, uniformly stirring and mixing at 1000-1100 rpm for 20-40 minutes, adding flame retardant, polyethylene wax, antioxidant and silane coupling agent, uniformly stirring and mixing at a rotating speed of 1200-1400 rpm to obtain a mixed material, and (c) placing obtained mixed material in single-screw extruder, where the temperature of material cylinder is 180-185degrees Celsius, the machine head temperature is 220-225degrees Celsius, the traction speed is 0.8-1.5 m/minute, and the rotation speed of host is 25-30 rpm to obtain finished product.
