NOVELTY - A composite metal polishing liquid comprises 11-13 pts. wt. cerium oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 7-9 pts. wt. colza oil, 1-2 pts. wt. stannous octoate, 4-6 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, 3-5 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene castor oil, 4-6 pts. wt. urea, 2-4 pts. wt. citric acid, 4-6 pts. wt. emulsified silicone oil, 5-7 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 300 pts. wt. deionized water, where the auxiliary agent comprises aluminum oxide, nano-titanium dioxide, sodium silicate, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, lauryl alcohol ester and sodium carboxymethylcellulose. USE - Composite metal polishing liquid. ADVANTAGE - The liquid has high polishing efficiency, good cleaning effect, better dispersing, lubricating and film-forming properties, and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A composite metal polishing liquid comprises 11-13 pts. wt. cerium oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 7-9 pts. wt. colza oil, 1-2 pts. wt. stannous octoate, 4-6 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, 3-5 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene castor oil, 4-6 pts. wt. urea, 2-4 pts. wt. citric acid, 4-6 pts. wt. emulsified silicone oil, 5-7 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 300 pts. wt. deionized water, where the auxiliary agent comprises 4-6 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 5-7 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 3-4 pts. wt. 1-2% propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 2-3 pts. wt. lauryl alcohol ester, 2-4 pts. wt. methyl acrylate, 2-3 pts. wt. cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 4-5 pts. wt. emulsifying agent BP and 50-54 pts. wt. water, and the auxiliary agent is prepared by mixing nano-titanium dioxide, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and emulsifier BP, adding the hal quantity of water, grinding the mixture for 1-2 hours, slowly adding remaining ingredients to the ground mixture, slowly heating to 70-80 degrees C, and stirring for 30-50 minutes and cooling to room temperature. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a composite metal polishing liquid, which involves uniformly mixing cerium oxide, graphene oxide and polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, adding proper amount of deionized water to the mixture, heating the mixture to 30-35 degrees C, grinding the hot mixture for 25-35 minutes, adding the auxiliary agent to the ground mixture in a reaction kettle, stirring the mixture and slowly heating to 35-45 degrees C, heat preserving for 1-1.5 hours, stirring the obtained mixture for 20-30 minutes and cooling to room temperature to obtain the finished product.
