NOVELTY - Self-supporting, reducing and oxidizing graphene film comprises (i) adding fiber reinforced material to aqueous phase graphene and stirring to obtain a slurry, (ii) coating the slurry on glass or mold polytetrafluoroethylene after drying, and stripping from the mold to obtain film layer, and (iii) performing rapid self-expansion reduction reaction on the film layer obtained in the step (ii), and obtaining self-supportive reduction oxidation graphene film by rolling. USE - Self-supporting reduction oxidation-graphene film for non-lithium cathode current collector used in battery assembly. ADVANTAGE - The self-supporting reduction oxidation-graphene film provides non-lithium cathode current collector with high mass ratio energy and high volume ratio energy.
