NOVELTY - Polyurethane anti-corrosion coating comprises 100 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 5-60 pts. wt. preservatives, 20-100 pts. wt. flame retardant, 10-60 pts. wt. carbon forming agent, 20-80 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.05-5 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.5-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-10 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 1-70 pts. wt. pigments and fillers, 0.01-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-100 pts. wt. diluent and 10-100 pts. wt. curing agent. The preservative is at least one of mica flakes, precipitated barium sulfate, zinc borate, barium metaborate, nano-montmorillonite, graphene oxide and molybdenum disulfide. USE - The polyurethane anti-corrosion coating is useful for electric power firefighting equipment, and also useful in safety protection of flame pipelines for electric power equipment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane flame-retardant anticorrosive coating replaces conventional flame-retardant anticorrosive coatings, is coated on the surface of the flame-fighting pipes of power equipment at once to reach a certain thickness to form a flame-retardant and anticorrosive layer, forms dense closed layer and protective layer on the surface of the flame-fighting pipe of power equipment, and plays an anti-corrosion role. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polyurethane anti-corrosion coating for power firefighting equipment, comprising (1) stirring and mixing component A for the first time to obtain first mixed material, where the component A comprises polyurethane resin and diluent, (2) stirring and mixing component B and first mixed material for the second time to obtain second mixed material, where the component B comprises preservative, dispersant, wetting agent, anti-settling agent, flame retardant, carbon-forming agents, foaming agents, pigments and fillers and antifoaming agent, (3) refining the second mixed material to obtain third mixed material with a fineness of ≮ 50 microns, and (4) stirring component C and third mixed material, and mixing for the third time to obtain polyurethane anti-corrosion coating, where the component C comprises leveling agent and curing agent.
