NOVELTY - Forming a graphene compound, comprises: stirring graphene oxide and a base under a nitrogen stream to form a first mixture; cooling the first mixture after the stirring step; and adding a silylating agent to the first mixture after the cooling, to form a second mixture, where the silylating agent further comprises a chain group comprising at least two ether bonds, the chain group has a structure terminated with an alkoxyalkyl group, and the base is any one of butylamine, pentylamine, hexylamine, diethylamine, dipropylamine, dibutylamine, triethylamine, tripropylamine and pyridine. USE - The method is useful for forming a graphene compound e.g. semiconductor device, a display device, a light-emitting device, a power storage device and a memory device. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides the storage battery that can be changed in shape, i.e. a flexible storage battery; and utilizes the solid electrolyte capable of exhibiting the basic properties even at high temperatures is needed in order to obtain a practical all-solid-state lithium-ion storage battery and a material having excellent heat resistance.
