NOVELTY - Fluororesin interface agent comprises graphene oxide-fluorine resin sealant and KH550 silane coupling agent solution, where graphene oxide-based resin sealant comprises graphene oxide dispersion liquid and fluororesin matrix, KH550 silane coupling agent solution comprises deionized water and KH550 silane coupling agent. USE - Fluororesin interface agent used for light emitting diode package (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fluororesin interface agent has improves bonding ability of fluorine resin encapsulant, and has ensures reliability of the LED package as numerous molecular anchor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing fluororesin interface agent, which involves: (A) preparing graphene oxide-fluorine resin sealant by adding first graphene oxide dispersion into centrifuge tube equipped with a fluororesin matrix, stirring to obtain graphene oxide dispersion-fluororesin matrix mixture A, oxidizing graphene dispersion-fluorine resin matrix mixture A, centrifuging to obtain a graphene oxide-fluororesin matrix mixed solution B, adding graphene oxide-fluororesin matrix liquid mixture B, and stirring concentration of graphene oxide fluorine resin sealant; and (B) preparing a silane coupling agent solution, adding KH550 silane coupling agent to the deionized water, and sonicating to obtain final product.
