NOVELTY - Barium based grease comprises 90-70 pts. wt. base oil, 5-20 pts. wt. barium-based thickening agent, 0.01-5 pts. wt. graphene micro-spheres, 1-5 pts. wt. paper-type graphene microspheres, other auxiliary agent, where paper-type graphene microspheres comprises single layer graphene sheet wrinkles and diameter of microsphere is 500 nm to 5 mu m, density is 0.2-0.4 g/cm3, carbon/oxygen ratio is 20-60 and specific surface area is less than or equal to 200 m2/g. USE - Used as barium based grease. ADVANTAGE - The barium based grease effectively improve anti-friction ability of grease, improves high temperature resistance, has thermal conductivity, extreme pressure wear resistance, stability and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing barium based grease, comprising (a) mixing paper-type graphene microspheres, partial base oil and C12-C24 fatty acid, raising the temperature to 90-110 degrees C, adding barium hydroxide for saponification reaction; and (ii) heating the mixture obtained in the step (i) to 150-180 degrees C, dehydrating and raising the temperature to 200-220 degrees C, cooling to 90-120 degrees C, adding other additives and remaining base oil, mixing and grinding.
