NOVELTY - Graphene-modified polyurethane composite material comprises 55-65 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 35-45 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 2-5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 3-5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, and 5-15 pts. wt. modified inorganic fiber. USE - The composite material is useful for manufacturing microporous foam, sealing gasket, insulating plate, tire, hard plastic parts and synthetic leather. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has high corrosion resistance, high hardness, excellent cold resistance and heat resistance, and good comprehensive properties e.g. thermal stability and mechanical properties; and is simple to prepare, and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-modified polyurethane composite material comprising (1) mixing polyether polyol, modified graphene, catalyst, foaming agent and coupling agent, carrying out stirring reaction, obtaining mixture A; (2) mixing the modified inorganic fiber and polyisocyanate, adding to the mixture A obtained in step (1), stirring until the reaction starts, and obtaining the mixture B; and (3) pouring the mixture B into the mold, allowing to stand for foaming, curing and demolding to obtain the graphene-modified polyurethane composite material.
