NOVELTY - Mixing slurry involves passing active material and solvent by pretreatment mechanism (4) with specific weight ratio of 1:0.2-2 in large mixer, performing low-speed stirring and dispersion to fully wetting the active material powder, performing high-speed stirring and dispersion, passing the conductive agent and the solvent through the pretreatment mechanism with specific weight ratio of 1:2-6 in the first small mixer (2), performing low-speed stirring and dispersion to fully wetting the conductive agent powder, performing high-speed stirring and dispersion, passing the adhesive agent and the solvent through the pretreatment mechanism with specific weight ratio of 1:2-6 in the second small mixer (3) for thorough mixing, making the paste powder fully wetted, stirring active material, conductive agent, adhesive agent and solvent in a large mixer (1) and mixing to obtain a mixed slurry.
