NOVELTY - Transferring graphene, comprises (a) preparing a catalyst layer, (b) forming a graphene layer on upper surface of catalyst layer to obtain a laminate including graphene layer/catalyst layer, (c) forming a support layer made of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compound on graphene layer of laminate to obtain a laminate including support layer/ graphene layer/ catalyst layer, and (d) removing catalyst layer from laminate including support layer/graphene layer/catalyst layer to produce a laminate including support layer/graphene layer. USE - The transferring graphene is useful for touch panel, electroluminescence display, backlight, radio-frequency identification tag, solar cell module, electronic paper, thin-film transistor for flat panel display, thin-film transistor and graphene base sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The transferring graphene improves electric characteristics of device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Transferring graphene, comprises (a) preparing a catalyst layer, (b) forming a graphene layer on upper surface of the catalyst layer to obtain a laminate including the graphene layer/catalyst layer, (c) forming a support layer made of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compound on the graphene layer of the laminate to obtain a laminate including the support layer/the graphene layer/the catalyst layer, (d) removing the catalyst layer from the laminate including the support layer/graphene layer/catalyst layer to produce a laminate including the support layer/graphene layer, (e) transferring the laminate including the support layer/graphene layer into a substrate to obtain a laminate including support layer/graphene layer/substrate, and (f) removing the support layer from the laminate including the support layer/graphene layer/substrate to obtain a laminate including the graphene layer/substrate.
