NOVELTY - Anti-aging coating comprises component A containing 30-40 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy emulsion, 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1-3 pts. wt. sulfuric acid, 3-5 pts. wt. talc, 2-5 pts. wt. mica powder, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 30-45 pts. wt. deionized water, and component B containing 15-20 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent. USE - Used as anti-aging coating. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the impact strength of the coating, which can efficiently makes up for the defect that the residual water-based groups in the aqueous epoxy emulsion have poor shielding ability against corrosive media e.g. water and oxygen. The coating is non-toxic; and has high temperature resistance, insulation properties, good aging resistance, and strong hydrophobic properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-aging coating (i) adding deionized water to the dispersion tank, adding defoamer, graphene powder, and dispersant under stirring conditions for high-speed dispersion for 60 minutes, and then using a nano grinder for grinding to obtain aqueous graphene slurry, and (ii) mix the aqueous graphene slurry with the aqueous epoxy emulsion, adding barium sulfate, talc, mica powder and aqueous epoxy curing agent, stirring at a high speed for 30 minutes to obtain the water-based graphene epoxy anti-aging paint.
