▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - In-situ ceramic wear-reducing coating comprises a steel substrate and a ceramic coating on the surface of the steel substrate. The ceramic coating is composed of graphene, manganese, aluminum oxide, and zirconium oxide. The ceramics are formed by micro-arc oxidizing the mixed aqueous solution of the sodium-molybdenum oxide, sodium sulfonate and graphene through the steel-surface. USE - In-situ ceramic wear-reducing coating for steel surface used in manufacturing of mechanical equipment. Can also be used in engineering parts manufacturing field such as 40CrMo, 42CrMo and widely applied to manufacturing bolt, key shaft and piston rod service period with abrasion and bearing alternating load of part. ADVANTAGE - The invention enhances the bonding strength between the coating and the steel substrate, and the abrasion of the aluminium oxide and zirconium dioxide ceramic and the lubricating effect of graphene/MoS2, obviously improves the wear-resisting property of the steel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing steel surface in-situ ceramic wear-reducing coating.
