NOVELTY - Preparing modified diaphragm of lithium ion secondary battery based on nano metal hydroxide-carbon composite material involves adding nano metal hydroxide or nano metal hydroxide and carbon matrix composite material, conductive agent and adhesive into the solvent, and then ball milling, then grinding, stirring and other methods to obtain a uniform membrane modified slurry. The membrane modified slurry is uniformly coated on one or both sides of the membrane body and dried to obtain a lithium-sulfur battery membrane modified by nano-metal hydroxide. USE - Method for preparing modified diaphragm of lithium ion secondary battery based on nano metal hydroxide-carbon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The lithium polysulfide produced by the positive electrode has the function of blocking and absorbing. The nano metal hydroxide or nano metal hydroxide and carbon matrix composite material has high specific surface area; it can effectively absorb soluble polysulfide, inhibiting polysulfide diffusion to the cathode; at the same time, the surface contains a large amount of hydrophilic surface hydroxyl compound and polysulfide anion with good physical and chemical stability; it can effectively inhibit the dissolution and leakage of polysulfide.
