▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An intercalated graphite is placed in a sealed reactor. An explosive material is inserted between the intercalated graphite layers. The volume of intercalated graphite is 1-5 g/L with respect to volume of the reactor. The sealed reactor is heated to 280-500 degrees C and the explosive material starts explosion reaction, maintained for 1-5 minutes to increase temperature, cooled and exhausted, to obtain solid product of graphene. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, feasible and provides high yield of graphene having excellent mechanical property, electroconductivity and crystal structure. The graphene is prepared by redo method with less defects and does not contain sulfur, chlorine and corrosive elements.
