NOVELTY - Flexible temperature sensor with snake-shaped sandwich structure comprises graphene heat sensitive material layer, a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) film packaging layer (102) and a copper wire (103). The shape of graphene PDMS thermo-sensitive material layer is snake-shaped. The graphene surfaces of the PDMS thermosensitive material layer are packaged by the PDMS film packaging layer. The graphene ends of the solution phase (SPD)/PDMS thermo-sensitive material layer are led out through the copper wire. USE - Flexible temperature sensor is useful for body temperature monitoring system. ADVANTAGE - The flexible temperature sensor adopts snakelike graphene polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) thermo-sensitive material, it can quickly respond to the change of body temperature, it improves the measuring efficiency of the body temperature. The snake can effectively reduce the influence of strain signal generated by stretching the material, and improves the accuracy of the temperature detection. At the same time, the PDMS film package can effectively skin, improve wearing comfort, and reduce influence of the environment temperature. A mobile terminal application can real-time display body temperature data through graph and curve, realizing to reflect the health condition of the user with the body-temperature data, greatly improving the user experience.
