NOVELTY - Preparing graphene precursor slurry comprises (i) foaming the azodicarbonamide solution and mixing it with the carbon source solution; and (ii) grinding the product mixed above. The carbon source solution comprises citric acid solution. The preparation method further comprises adding phosphorus-containing dopant, the boron-containing dopant or sulfur-containing dopant in the mixing process. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene precursor slurry. ADVANTAGE - The graphene precursor slurry has uniform shape, good dispersibility and controllable layer characteristics.
