DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A mercury cadmium telluride transferable film preparing method involves preparing metal substrate of graphene, placing into a vacuum chemical vapor deposition (CVD) system, to obtain graphene layer. The graphene layer is pre separated by etching off the rest of corrosive liquid in the obtained metal substrate and graphene materials, coating the surface with glue of the photolysis type thin film, properly heating the adhesive by baking integrally bonded, placing metal substrate of graphene layer and type of thin film structure material in etching solution, drying the remaining graphene and photolytic release film layer structure after rinsing with deionized water with hydrolyzed glued together to form transition layer substrate material using hydrolysis glue, photolysis graphene layer and release film structural materials, removing photolysis release layer from the type film using UV light irradiation while curing hydrolysis tube, to obtain transition layer substrate hydrolysis and graphite structure material, followed by preparing mercury cadmium telluride thin film hydrolysis layer and graphene on the transition substrate and structure material upper laser molecular beam epitaxy deposition of tellurium-cadmium-mercury film, to obtain transition substrate mercury cadmium telluride graphene structural materials, transferring graphene stripping and mercury cadmium telluride films in deionized water to release glue, removing the transition substrate after the graphene, tellurium-cadmium-mercury structure material transferred to a target substrate material, drying to obtain finished product.
