NOVELTY - A graphene-containing sponge contains 60-80 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane polyether, 10-15 pts. wt. cellulose acetate, 4.5-6.5 pts. wt. glycerine, 20-25 pts. wt. 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, 5-6 pts. wt. wollastonite powder, 5-6 pts. wt. graphene, 2.5-3 pts. wt. urea, 0.5-0.6 pts. wt. 4,4'-oxybis benzenesulfonylhydrazide, 2.3-2.8 pts. wt. dichloromethane, 0.5-0.9 pts. wt. 2,4,6-tris (dimethylaminomethyl) phenol, 6.5-7.5 pts. wt. ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 4-5 pts. wt. modifying agent and 10-15 pts. wt. water. USE - Graphene-containing sponge is used for absorption of oil and organic solvent. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing sponge has excellent flexibility, elasticity, anti-static property, water resistance, hydrophobic property and absorption ability of organic solvent and oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-containing sponge contains 60-80 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane polyether, 10-15 pts. wt. cellulose acetate, 4.5-6.5 pts. wt. glycerine, 20-25 pts. wt. 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, 5-6 pts. wt. wollastonite powder, 5-6 pts. wt. graphene, 2.5-3 pts. wt. urea, 0.5-0.6 pts. wt. 4,4'-oxybis benzenesulfonylhydrazide, 2.3-2.8 pts. wt. dichloromethane, 0.5-0.9 pts. wt. 2,4,6-tris (dimethylaminomethyl) phenol, 6.5-7.5 pts. wt. ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 4-5 pts. wt. modifying agent and 10-15 pts. wt. water. The modifying agent is prepared by adding 25-30 pts. wt. water into a reaction container, heating to 80-90 degrees C, adding 2-3 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, stirring, dissolving, adding 0.1-0.15 pts. wt. nano-carbon powder, 1.2-1.3 pts. wt. moorpholine, 1-1.2 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene ether and 1-2 pts. wt. acrylic acid, stirring uniformly, cooling to 20-30 degrees C, adding 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. sodium persulfate, stirring uniformly, reacting for 30-45 minutes, adding 1-2 pts. wt. catechol and 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, and continuously stirring for 45-60 minutes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-containing sponge, which involves trimethylolpropane polyether, cellulose acetate, glycerine, 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate and modifying agent into a mixer, stirring uniformly, heating to 35-40 degrees C, adding remaining raw materials into mixer, high-speed stirring for 1-3 minutes, pouring into a mold, and curing.
