NOVELTY - A composite structure comprises nickel particles and graphene supported on the surface of nickel. USE - Composite structure used in electrode catalyst for chemical cell (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to nickel cadmium storage battery, nickel hydrogen charging battery, alkali electrolyte type fuel cell, polymer electrolyte fuel cell and nickel manganese cell.
