NOVELTY - Method for preparing high-performance thermally conductive plastic composite material, involves (a) adding polymer matrix material, urotropine and wood fiber to a high-speed mixer, and mixing at high speed to obtain a mixture (A), (b) adding coupling agent to absolute ethanol solvent to obtain a coupling agent solution, adding a thermal conductivity additive (i) and thermal conductivity additive (ii) to the coupling agent solution, evenly stirring, suction filtering, and drying to obtain mixture (B), and (c) mixing the mixture (A) and (B), adding magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, nano-calcium carbonate, talc powder, stearic acid, and plasticizer to a twin-screw extruder, melting the mixture, performing extrusion pull sheet granulation, molding and forming at 185 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-performance thermally conductive plastic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and suitable for large-scale preparation, and the prepared conductive plastic is non-toxic, harmless and easy to injection molding, and has excellent stability, insulation, mechanical properties, oxidation resistance and low shrinkage, and does not deform at high temperature, does not easy to appear brittle at low temperature, and ensures prolonged shelf life.
