▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing bi-layer reduced graphene thin film flexible strain sensor comprises e.g. adding graphene oxide aqueous solution into deionized water, stirring, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, then adding into sand filter device, placing in blast oven, then adding polydimethylsiloxane, then placing with reduced graphene oxide film and drying, attaching to copper electrode with silver paste, and the surface of the reduced graphene film is cut from the reduced grained graphene film to contact the surface of the reduced graphene film to obtain final product. USE - The bi-layer reduced graphene thin film flexible strain sensor is useful for measuring micro strain. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation processes, low cost and high repeatability; and also has high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing bi-layer reduced graphene thin film flexible strain sensor comprises (i) adding 3 ml graphene oxide aqueous solution into 150 ml deionized water, stirring, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion until dispersed evenly, and then adding into sand filter device for suction filter, removing the filter, and placing in blast oven at 70 degrees C for 1 hours, (ii) transferring the reduced grained graphene on the filter onto the already cured polydimethylsiloxane by pressing, polydimethylsiloxane is then foaming in acetone, dissolving membrane, placing polydimethylsiloxane with reduced graphene oxide film in blast oven at 70 degrees C and drying, and (iii) attaching the redox graphene film to surface of the polydimethylsiloxane to copper electrode with silver paste, and the surface of the reduced graphene film is cut from the reduced grained graphene film to contact the surface of the reduced graphene film to obtain final product.
