NOVELTY - Spraying paint, comprises 9-14 pts. wt. anthracene oil, 11-13 pts. wt. E-12 epoxy resin, 5-9 pts. wt. amino resin, 16-23 pts. wt. ketone-aldehyde resin, 5-7 pts. wt. graphene, 4-5 pts. wt. mica powder, 6-8 pts. wt. modified diatomite, 3-5 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 3-5 pts. wt. glass fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. metal fiber, 4-5 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 3-4 pts. wt. polyacrylic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. emulsifier, 0.4-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 35-40 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 19-24 pts. wt. diluent, 1-2 pts. wt. preservative, 0.9-1.4 pts. wt. stabilizing agent, 0.9-1.4 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, and 22-28 pts. wt. plant extract. USE - The spraying paint is useful for electric cabinet shell. ADVANTAGE - The method maintains the stability of the paint and improves the film-forming effect, improves the corrosion resistance of the product, and improves the high-temperature stability of the paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing spraying paint for electric cabinet shell, comprising (a) respectively weighing the following raw materials: using anthracene oil, E-12 epoxy resin, amino resin, ketone-aldehyde resin, graphene, mica powder, modified diatomite, aluminum nitride, glass fiber, metal fiber, nano-titanium dioxide, polyacrylic acid, emulsifier, dispersant, curing agent, antifoaming agent, diluent, preservative, stabilizing agent, crosslinking agent, and plant extract; (b) adding the anthracene oil into the diluent, stirring uniformly, then orderly adding E-12 epoxy resin, amino resin, ketone-aldehyde resin resin, graphene, mica powder, modified diatomite, aluminum nitride, glass fiber, metal fiber, and nano-titanium dioxide at a high speed dispersion speed of 500-900 revolutions per minute, adding polyacrylic acid, keep dispersing for 5-10 minutes to obtain the mixture; and(c) mixing the dispersant, curing agent, antifoaming agent, preservative, stabilizer and cross-linking agent uniformly to obtain the mixed auxiliary agent, then dispersing at a high speed of 600-800 revolutions per minute, adding the mixed auxiliary agent into the mixture obtained in the step (b), keep dispersing for 8-10 minutes, dispersing the auxiliary agent uniformly; at last, adding plant extract; dispersing for 15-20 minutes at high speed dispersing speed of the 900-1200 revolutions per minute.
