▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene and metal fiber modified polyamide/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (PA/ABS) material comprises 100 pts. wt. polyamide, 40-100 pts. wt. acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, 5-20 pts. wt. maleic anhydride-grafted-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, 1-20 pts. wt. graphene, 1-20 pts. wt. metal fiber and 0.5-2 pts. wt. stearic acid. USE - As a graphene and metal fiber modified PA/ABS thermally conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The material reduces usage amount of graphene, is cost-effective, has high thermal conductivity of more than 5 W/m.K, surface resistance of less than 107 Omega , tensile strength of more than 75 MPa and impact strength of more than 90 KJ/m2, and has high antistatic properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the material involving mixing polyamide, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer and maleic anhydride-grafted-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer in a high-speed mixer at 90 degrees C for 5-20 minutes, adding stearic acid within 5 minutes, finally adding graphene and mixing for 5-10 minutes, discharging the mixture, adding the mixed material into a twin-screw extruder to extrude and palletizing at 220-270 degrees C, adding the metal fiber through the fiber opening of the extruder at a fiber inlet temperature of 230-250 degrees C to obtain the product.
