NOVELTY - Environment friendly super-hydrophobic antifouling paint comprises 30-40 wt.% solvent, 40-50 wt.% fluorosilicone modified acrylic resin, 5-10 wt.% organic silicon, 0.1-2 wt.% aerogel, 0.5-2 wt.% graphene, 7-18 wt.% antifouling agent, 0.1-1.5 wt.% nano-titanium dioxide, 0.1-2 wt.% stabilizer, 0.1-1.5 wt.% defoaming agent. USE - Environment friendly super-hydrophobic antifouling paint used in marine, and construction. ADVANTAGE - The environment friendly super-hydrophobic antifouling paint has antifouling, anticorrosion, strong hydrophobicity, good self-cleaning property and stable performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing environment friendly super-hydrophobic antifouling paint, which involves: (A) mixing the aerogel, graphene and antifouling agent to obtain the mixture A, which is the antifouling slow-release drug capsule; (B) taking out material A, putting in the oven, heating for 30-60 minutes at a temperature of 30-60 degrees C, and take it out; (C) preparing solvent in the mixing tank, and mixing xylene, butyl acetate and n-butanol in proportions; (D) adding fluorosilicone modified acrylic resin to the solvent in the mixing tank, heat and stir for 10-60 minutes; (E) adding organosilicon to the mixing tank, stirring for 1 to 2 hours and keep at 90-100 degrees C to obtain mixture B; and (F) adding materials A and B, nano-titanium dioxide, stabilizer and defoamer to the mixing tank in proportion and stirring for 10-30 minutes, then the uniformly mixed materials are processed by the colloid mill device, and then cooled and discharged.
