NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene film in batches involves (1) preparing graphene oxide by the modified Hummers method, (2) putting graphene oxide into an ultrafine pulverizer for pulverization to obtain graphene oxide powder, (3) putting the graphene oxide powder into a homogenizing device, adding ethanol and a nickel-based compound, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, (4) applying graphene oxide dispersion liquid on a smooth heating plate with a rolling brush, and pressing a smooth heating plate on top of graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (5) putting two sets of heating plates in a vacuum environment, heating the graphene oxide dispersion by heating plate, at the same time, pressurizing the two groups of heating plates by the hydraulic device, performing natural cooling after the heating and pressing is completed, and turning on heating plate. USE - Preparation of graphene film (claimed) used in electronic and optoelectronic field, electric automobile and aerospace field. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy, fast and efficient, and provides graphene film with high electrochemical specific capacity, long cycle life, high electric activity and large and uneven hole size and low toughness. The graphene film has good physical and chemical performance. The method does not need addition of conductive agent and binder, the active substance utilization rate is high. The method is suitable for batch production, and the method limits the expansion ratio of the graphene oxide film reducing expansion process by the heating plate, so that the prepared flexible graphene film is more flat. The ultrasonic dispersion can quickly generate graphene oxide dispersion liquid, which improves the working efficiency.
