▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The filter has a substrate i.e. terahertz wave-wave-transmitting ceramic substrate provided with a fractal slot- graphite alkene photonic crystal composite structure. The fractal slot-graphene photonic crystal composite structure is provided with multiple small square conductive regions. The small square conductive region is provided with a fractal structure. The substrate is formed with a Hilbert fractal gap, where width of the gap is 0.2m. USE - Terahertz wave band graphene photonic crystal filter. ADVANTAGE - The filter has wide passband frequency, large stopband attenuation, stable working performance and wide application prospect.
